LONG RANGE UPDATE APRIL 4/2016
The long range committee and one board member met with the Alberta CFO at the range April 4. Two separate long range (1200m+) proposals were reviewed on-site. Extensive dirt-work/construction would drive the initial development cost to $1000,000.00 +. Requirements for construction of berms and ground baffles are required. Due to the challenging terrain (muskeg and lack of suitable fill material) as well as the high power range template falling across David Thompson highway the proposal has been permanently scrapped.
RANGE A & B ARE OPEN
GRAVEL FOR ROAD ON RANGE A COMING IN A COUPLE WEEKS.
REFER TO CALENDAR DAILY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE RANGE
SHOTGUNS are to be used ONLY on certified ranges - Read your rules on each range
